for sale of a municipal non-residential property

On the grounds of Decision No.1303 adopted by Ruse Municipal Council with the written record No.61 of 01st June 2007 and Order No.РД01/1886 of 26th June 2007 of the mayor of the Municipality of Ruse,

ANNOUNCES

A tender with open bidding for sale of municipal non-residential real estate - private municipal property by act for municipal property No.4441 of 08th July 2007.

Legal basis: Decision No.1303 adopted by Ruse Municipal Council with the written record No.61 of 01st June 2007 and Order No.РД01/1886 до 26th June 2007 of the mayor of the Municipality of Ruse
Subject of the tender: a regulated land property ІІ – 227 - for housing construction with area of 6 524,00 sq.m., situated in quarter No.591 in accordance with the development plan of the city of Ruse in conjunction with the constructed buildings as follows: a twelve – storey building with total built up area of 6 524,00 sq.m including two basements each with built up area of 380,00 sq.m.; attached covered passage including basement with total built up area of 20,00 which connects the twelve-storey building and a three- storey building .
Location of the property: 35 Gotze Delchev Blvd., Ruse, Bulgaria
Initial tender price: 6 413 660,00 Bulgarian levs (BGN) excluding 20%VAT

The tender documentation is available in Information and Service Center - “Municipal property and Privatization” section at Svoboda sq.6, 7000 Ruse, Bulgaria each working day from 9.00 h. to 17.00 h. from 10.07.2003 to 23.07.2007 incl. after purchasing of the documentation price of 60,00 BGN excluded 20%VAT at INVESTBANK JSC..

A participation deposit in size of 650 000,00 Bulgarian levs (BGN) should be payed in to the a raising account of Municipality of Ruse at INVESTBANK JSC.. Deadline for its payment: 23rd July 2007 to 17,00 h., after purchasing of the tender documentation.
