On the grounds of Decision No.1244 adopted by Ruse Municipal Council with the written record No.58 of 13th April 2007 and Order No.43534534 of the Mayor of the Municipality of Ruse, 


A tender with open bidding for sale of municipal non-residential real estate - private municipal property by act for municipal property No.4915 of 07th March 2007.

Legal basis: Decision No.1244 adopted by Ruse Municipal Council with the written record No.58 of 13th April 2007 and Order No.РД01/1885 of 26th June 2007 of the Mayor of  Municipality of Ruse
Subject of the tender: a regulated land property ІІ – 226 - for study establishment with area of 8 503,00 sq.m., situated in quarter No.591 in accordance with the development plan of the city of Ruse in conjunction with the constructed buildings as follows: a three – storey building including basement with total built up area of 3 550,00 sq.m. and portion of an attached covered passage which connects the three-storey building and a twelve-storey building  with area of 130,00 sq.m.

Initial tender price: 2 798 040,00 Bulgarian levs (BGN) excluding 20%VAT

It can be received  after purchasing of the documentation price of 60,00 BGN excluded 20%VAT at INVESTBANK JSC.

A participation deposit in size of 300 000,00 Bulgarian levs (BGN) should be payed  in to a raising account of Municipality of Ruse at INVESTBANK JSC.
 Deadline for its payment: 23rd July 2007 to 17,00 h., after purchasing of the tender documentation
